With over twenty four years of experience in casual restaurant dining and various luxury hotels, Nyle Petherbridge can enable your company’s success by driving menu development and culinary innovation. Key areas of focus for clients have been to identify and produce compelling menu items and programs designed to scale efficiently as your brand grows. He can also manage or enhance your chain wide or regional feature programs and F&B quality controls. In addition, Nyle has overseen production of several restaurant chains culinary training, promotional materials, recipe books, manuals, and has supported the development of culinary teams. Nyle is always striving to reduce costs while enhancing kitchen design, technologies, systems and, ultimately, profitability.
Prior to 2014 Nyle was involved in opening five distinctly different and successful restaurant concepts across Canada and the United States. Included among these were Joey and Joey USA, Red Robin, Scotty Browns and The American Cheesesteak Co.
