We conducted menu customization and purchasing support for a Canadian franchise group of 19 restaurants of this American based restaurant chain. Training of regional, general, and kitchen managers for biannual menu roll out and quarterly promotions for deployment in two provinces. We conducted food and beverage menu analysis, developed proprietary products, recipe improvements, quality control and cost reduction. During this time we maintained and customized food & beverage recipe books and food cost control tools. A highlight of our work for Red Robin Canada was producing the nutritional information package and eliminating Trans Fats from the menu meeting the new British Columbia Health guidelines at that time .
